Danny manages the day-to-day operations for Layne Property Management and focuses on growing the business organically and extending the reach of its services through staff training and business development. One of Danny’s greatest skills is strategic business thinking and planning. Danny looks at the whole picture (business goals, personal goals, current position) and implements strategies for Layne Property Management thinking strategically about what the Company needs to do to get from where they are now, to where they want to be. He is passionate about the Real Estate Industry, and he embraces every opportunity to ensure the team are equipped with the necessary knowledge.
Property Manager
Originally from the Gold Coast, Tiffany moved to Toowoomba in 2019, she has grown to love the garden city, the people and all it has to offer. Tiffany has 4 years combined Real Estate industry knowledge as well as a background in sales and administration.
Along with her passion for marketing and design, she brings her creative flare to the advertising and marketing process of rental properties going to market. With a strong passion for Real Estate and commitment to quality customer service, Tiffany naturally embraces things such as problem solving, prioritizing and has a matriculas eye for detail. Focusing on maximising profitability, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and handling all tasks efficiently, Tiffany aims to make investments a seamless and rewarding experience.
She is the “woman on the ground” in our Toowoomba location and will be the point of contact for both landlords and tenants in the region.
Holiday Management Client Services
Natalie is our Client Services Assistant in our office at Caloundra. She oversees the daily administration for our Holiday Accommodation locations on the Sunshine Coast. Natalie has worked in customer service roles for many years, from her earlier days in the RAAF on the switchboard, to management roles in retail to reception work.
Natalie also ran a successful Airbnb for 3 years and always maintained a Super Host rating. Her friendly and compassionate nature puts all our guests at ease. Natalie’s commitment to her responsibilities, as the forefront of Layne Holiday Management, ensures you will be well informed when booking directly through Layne Property Management Sunshine Coast office. Natalie strives to ensure that our guests receive optimal service.
She wants to make sure that you are comfortable, and all your needs are met during your holiday. Her contagious smile will be welcoming you when you check in for your stay in Caloundra.
Caretaker
Cody is our “jack of all trades” and is responsible for caretaking at Tripcony Quays and Cerulean Apartments. As a guest you may see Cody around from time to time. Working on all sorts of odd maintenance jobs. His background in landscaping helps keep our holiday locations in perfect condition.
He ensures a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, providing peace of mind to all. His reliability and work ethic are second to none, there is no job too big for Cody, he is valued member of the team.
Guest services
Savanah and Diane are our Guest Services thought out our holiday locations across the Sunshine Coast. They are dependable and hardworking to ensure all rooms are immaculate for guest’s stay at any of the Holiday Apartments managed by Layne Property Management.
While being highly organised, Savannah and Diane both have an eye for detail, always delivering high quality housekeeping services. They both take pride in ensuring that every guest feels comfortable during their stay.
Managing Director
The Principal Agent, Lynette Cameron, has over 11 years’ experience in Queensland Residential Investment Portfolios.
Through carefully documented procedures, within the offices of Layne Property Management, she provides peace of mind to all investors and tenants. To add to her skill set, Lynette has extensive experience with the ins and outs of Body Corporates.
She is a renovating and interior design aficionado, with a background in the retail side of the building industry, as well as surveying and drafting. Lynette has the perfect blend of passion, skills, knowledge, and determination to ensure her clients receive the ultimate service, and importantly – the optimum result.
