Our apartment in Pelican Waters is the perfect home to share with family and friends with its own heated inground pool, park across the street and a short drive to the shopping centre or Golden Beach. This home can accommodate up to 8 guests and is perfect for the boat / jet ski enthusiasts as it is a 1 minute drive from the Pelican Waters Marina.

Enter this stunning home into a large open space dining, lounge and well equipped kitchen and venture out through the stacking glass doors to the entertainment area and inground salt water pool. The master bedroom is also located on ground level with King Size bed, walk-in-robe and Ensuite. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs along with a second lounge area. Bedding in these rooms comprises a Queen Bed and 4 King Single Beds. We love to welcome families however we do not allow parties and have a low noise policy between 9pm and 7am.
